It also serves as a link between manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers. The company provides cheese of various brands, such as Cheswick, North Beach, California Select Farms, Bellafoglia and Grand European. Its brands offer a variety of cheese, such as cheddar, Monterey jack, provolone, mozzarella, Parmesan and cream cheese in slice, cube and shredded forms. Its Grand European brand offers special cheese varieties that are used for the preparation of gourmet deli food.
