Located near downtown Hayward the Company performs construction work throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area extending from Los Gatos to Vacaville and from Halfmoon Bay to Tracy. Nelson T. Approximately 60% to 70% of our work is repeat negotiated work with the balance of our work being competitive bid.
