Blue Star Motors was my first stop when shopping for a Used car because of a cute little Ford Escape I saw on Craigslist and it was in their lot. First moment I stepped on the lot was just how I preferred car buying experience: no pressure, no hovering, no talking up their cars. They just let me browse at my own pace. I didn't buy that day and instead visited other lots where it was horribly aggressive. The bigger dealerships were the worse. I ended up back at Blue Star Motors and bought that cute little Ford Escape. I wish I would have done a little more research on the car because it was a little problematic (the risk taken when buying Used in As Is condition) but on a positive note, the manager did an absolutely stellar job in working with me and making sure I was happy with my purchase. He really went out of his way to make certain I was a satisfied customer. When he said he would help me out, he followed through and stayed true to his word. Top notch guy.
