Spectrum Building Envelope Consulting, LLC does not manufacture, sell or install any building envelope materials, but uses its expertise and knowledge to educate their clients and get the best system to suit their clients’ needs.

Spectrum Building Envelope Consulting provides a wide range of services to the large building envelope fields of construction. Investigative Services range from Due-Diligence surveys to determine an elements condition prior to the purchase of a property to Forensic Evaluations to determine the cause of a particular issue being experienced. Design Services range from the review and enhance of existing designs to the authoring of specifications and drawings for new, replacement or repairs to building envelope components. Construction Services range from creating preconstruction meeting agenda to performing periodic quality assurance observations to ensure the contract documents of a project are being complied with. Additional Services include mosture surveys to determine the presence of water within a component, litigation support if mediation and communication fails and testing to determine the source of water entry into a building.
