0Expensive but you're paying for the atmosphere as much as you're paying for the food. Best place around to get a steak unless you butcher the cow and cook it yourself.
Such a wonderful place!! I can't believe this type of service and quality of food is served in such a small town. The owner is the one cooking the food and checks everything to ensure perfection. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and knowledgable about the food served and the selection of wine! They have won the Wine Spectator award and were named top 100 restaurants out of thousands on Open Table. You really must try this place!
The Copper Door consistantly serves awesome food,great service and atmosphere.I love this resturant I have eated there on many occasions.

- We are happy to be back in business and are excited to be offering a four course dinner menu with weekly changing options in our dining room. A lot has changed with COVID 19, but our commitment to provide a fine dining experience remains the same. Here's what to expect when dining at The Copper Door: Seating in the Main Dining Room, Ruby Room and Sinclair Room are by reservation only. The Bar is available on a first-come basis and features an a la carte menu. We comply with North Carolina's COVID-19 restrictions. The restrictions are posted on our website, but basically, we ask that everyone adhere to social distancing and wear face masks except while seated at your table. We have reduced our available tables to comply with social distancing. When you secure a reservation in one of our dining rooms, you agree to a four course dining experience with a fixed price of $65 per person. You will select 1 choice from each course.
