I have worn contacts lenses for over 18 years. Mark Meadows wouldn't give me my prescription after I had to cancel my follow up appointment. I told him the lenses fit and feel fine and explained I was very busy at work and expecting a child very soon. It was never mentioned to me the follow up appointment was mandatory in order to get my prescription. Furthermore, an optician at the practice took my pupil distance. Mark will not release that information. He stated he is not "required" to do so. However, his office would gladly order me any glasses they carry with the pupil distance they measured. I explained I wanted to order a brand he doesn't carry. I am ordering from a dealer that was highly recommended by a friend. Mark still would not give me my pupil distance. This whole debacle was like a parody of errors. My ophthalmologist is giving me a script tomorrow for contacts and also getting my P.D. Nobody's got time for all this, Mark Meadows!

A great place to get your eyes examined. Dr Gemma Meadows is an amazing person. She is thorough in the exam, talks you through it, answers all questions, and made me feel really comfortable. I have been going to Eastern Eye Associates since about 2006 and will continue to go there! They are highly recommended!

Simply the best- all doctors prepping for their own practice should intern here for a few weeks- couldn't ask for better service- Dr. M. Meadows took 20 min. explaining my condition- A++.
