      Related to 12-21 anonymously 1st review, Everthing with my laptop is ok , Had to update the browser... Franktronics is fast & stays in touch to inform you of what the details are with ur product !

      My computer still doesnt work like it did before & some of the programs are missing ..No camera , can download applications & then cant open them..
