He was ordained by the Peninsula Baptist Pastor's Council on January 27, 1991, at Miracle Temple (formerly 2nd Baptist Church), N.N., VA & by Calvary Alliance of Churches & Ministries, Norfolk, VA April 27, 2001. He was consecrated into the bishopric March 20, 2011 & is under the covering of Presiding Bishop John N. Gray, Bethel Restoration Center, Williamsburg, VA.
