Nurminen Construction Corporation, founded in 1970, a New Jersey based company, performs work in the states of New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and, through its sister company, Nurminen Construction of NY, Inc, in the State of New York. For over 35 years, Nurminen Construction has been providing construction services within the time and budget constraints of our customers, while maintaining the quality that our firm is known for. While fully capable of large, complex projects, we still perform the medium and smaller sized projects that enabled our company to get started and sustain its growth. Our capabilities include projects in the $5, 000 to $10 million range. Due to our use of technology, we are able to keep our overhead low, and this savings is obvious to our customers. Additionally since we are able to perform the carpentry and much of the other construction work with our own forces, we can control the costs and scheduling associated with these items. In addition, our sparkling reputation for subcontractor payments eliminates unnecessary financial problems on projects. Our reputation has earned us an 80% repeat client base, and a diverse base of loyal subcontractors that are willing to "go the extra mile". Professional construction services that we can provide to our customers include general contracting, construction management, pre-construction value engineering, and post construction services including general building maintenance. We also have an in-house capability to produce customized millwork items relating to our customer's projects. We have an experienced staff of estimators, project managers, and construction field personnel working together to help our customers complete their projects on time and within budget, while maintaining superior quality. Our project foreman strive to develop positive and productive relationships with all parties involved in our projects. Our employees complete mandatory OSHA and general safety training, and safety is always stressed on our jobsites. The varied nature of our completed projects has earned us a wide range of experience in the commercial and industrial market segments.
