If you are looking for NYC snobbery. . You've found the right place. This owner has no problem bashing locals and other local salons right in front of customers and LOCALS! If you are a local of Lords Valley, Dingmans Ferry, or Milford I would highly suggest not going to this salon. The owner has no problem saying that Pennsylvans are just dumb, inbred hill-billy's that can't perform simple tasks and will give you the (opps) mullet to prove it. If I could rate this salon a negative star, I would!

Being born, raised & living my entire life, up until now, in NY, & recently relocating to Lords Valley, PA, I came upon Thomas Michaels...I went into the salon, spoke to the owner, who I did not know was the owner at the time, but he was very friendly, helpful, & extremely professional, & answered every question I asked him. I made my first appt for a hair color, & Christine was my stylist today, & she is a wonderful, very kind person,, & very willing to please..She was not my original stylist for today, but due to my scheduled appt, & my stylist being out sick, she told me she had called my house & left me a msg, but I never received the msg, so I showed up for my appt..She applied the color to my hair, & I've never felt so welcomed in a new place. Being a former hairdresser myself, I know how important it is for a new client to experience this. Thank you again Christine, & I'm looking forward to my next visit, & also schedule a nail appt.

Thomas and his staff are so professional, they listen to you they consult with you, and you walk out WITH EXACTLY YOU WANT...I've been going to him b4 he had his own place and I knew he would do great...and now 2 locations... It doesn't surprise me
