She always remembers personal details about my life and asks about my family. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to greet me and ask me if they can be of help. I have been in progressive lenses for years, and have only had really great success with the lenses from this office. The quality is consistent and my vision is always perfect. The staff takes many factors into consideration, even the way the frames fit on my face, when taking measurements for my new lenses.
