Gus replied to my message left on their office answering service promptly. He was in the neighborhood the next day and asked if he could stop by. I was at work but said to go ahead. It was raining, he could have easily rescheduled but instead took the opportunity while he was nearby to check out the brick on the front of my house. Gus phone later that evening to discuss what was needed. The next morning he dropped off his quote. Gus has done work on my friends house and did a fantastic job!

We called for a quote. A week later we have no quote, and have not gotten a return call.
