I was at the haverhill mass location for about an hour or so and your worker was acting very loud with people I think were visiting HIM and thier were kids going in out of office... I said do you guys mind and I was spoken to but under persons breathe... worker was kicking step stool across store instead of picking it up and placing.. I felt very unsafe.... worker looked very angry and if drunk... I am a regular customer... I also found cigarette butts in my deyer after my clothes dried and no my clothing smell like cigg butts.. also lots of dryer sheets on floor.. whole time was thier he was sitting on table at front of store fooling around and eating... Very scaref and will not go.thier with him thier.... I dont think he should be working thier...

There was a person that worked there that was a sweetheart always smile, greet me when I came in.Her name was Virginia I just found out they let her go yous just lost my business because the person that was there tonight was very rude

This Laundromat is the best in the area by far. If you don't want to do your own wash, they will do it for you. Very friendly. Very cheery. Very clean.

This laundromat is the best place in the city of Haverhill. The cleanest one around that is for sure. Card op is the way to go now adays! There is always a friendly face to greet you and help.Stop in and see.
