I went in to buy my daughter tap and ballet shoes. The sales person spent a lot of time with us measuring my daughter's feet. When we finally determined the best size to buy, this store didn't have them in stock. The sales person ran a 'stock check' for us and gave us a listing of all the stores in the area that had my daughter's size in stock. She even offered to call the other store and have them hold the shoes for us. That is the best customer service ever...oh yeah, and because we "had to travel" we got a $1 off coupon. Fabulous service.
