General Info

Teaching & playing guitar is something I have always enjoyed doing since I was a kid! Playing in different rock bands to playing in my church band at Restoration Road Church in Wakefield, MA. With over 10 years of teaching experience and over 20 years of playing, I am always eager to take on new students. I teach all ages and all levels of experience. Sometimes the frustrating thing with learning a new instument is that you want to be able to start playing and enjoying the instrument right away. I have created my own method of teaching that speeds up learning so that students can usually learn at twice the normal speed. I teach all types of music. One of my favorite things to do is to have my students pick one of their favorite songs they want to learn and then teach them to play it. That's what it all comes down to- Learning to play the music you love. The more people I meet and musicians I interact with the more I learn - which allows me to be a better teacher and mentor.
