It is the mission of Havana Park District to provide recreational programs and leisure opportunities that strengthen individuals of all ages and abilities while addressing social needs in a spirit of community service and human concern. It is the intent to provide leadership within the community to initiate and coordinate broader efforts to support youth, adults and families.
