Founded in 2001, CHS Home Support Services is a health care center that provides respiratory and tocolytic therapy, pharmacy and nursing care services. The center offers chemotherapy treatment, pain management and parental nutrition services. It serves more than 1,000 patients and maintains a fleet of vehicles that provides delivery services for medical equipment. CHS Home Support Services offers pediatric and bariatric equipment and oxygen concentrators. It also supplies beds, walkers and wheelchairs. The center offers 24-hour on-call nursing care services. CHS Home Support Services is formed by the merger of Samaritan In-Home Respiratory Services and Samaritan Home Infusion Services and a division of the Catholic Health Services of Long Island.
