I called to say I was going to be 10 min late since the traffic was moving slow. I had traveled an hour already from out of town. I was told that if I was later than 10 minutes that they would have to reschedule me. No consideration was taken to the fact that I traveled far just to give them my business and that I was stuck in slow traffic. I do not plan on using them again.

My father just had dental work by Dr Henderson done and has been in SEVERE PAIN. His pain meds were not working so my parents went back out there so that the Dentist could see in person how much pain he was in. They refused to give him anything stronger and told him to go home and take Motrin. (My father is a person that never takes any pain meds and usually refuses when they offer them, so he is obviously suffering!)
