I had an accident in the car wash area because a car got stuck in front of me. The manager admitted fault and told me that he would contact me in 3 days to order the parts and get my car fixed. Three days later no word. I had to call them back and was told that the manager no longer worked there and they had denied my claim to fix my vehicle. They said I would have to take it up with the person in front of me and since they got no info from him, I would have to track him down. Luckily, the gentlemen in front of me is an electrician that my business uses because I am a general manager for a business in the area as well.
