Yesterday was such a very unpleasant experience with this company. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name is Jackie told me she "does not make mistakes" I paid her cash last Thursday and then she told me there was nothing paid on my account. I lost my receipt, my bad, so then I said just roll back the video from that day I gave a time and date 2/16/17 @ 10:20am she and the manager refused. I have called public service commission and they are doing an investigation. I had to pay a reconnecting fee plus my bill again! But I know God will get the victory.

I think it's just ridiculous to have to pay a water bill in one place and have to go to a totally different place to pay a sewer bill that is higher than the water bill. In addition to that where in the nearby surrounding area does any other water companies have separate water and sewer bills.

We are grateful for inside water but when you have to deal with clerks such as Brenda it almost make u wanna go back to a watering well! UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE LADY
