Carl Cook, the owner of Glendale Pawn Shop, really gives the impression that he cares about his customers. I have never been one to favor pawn shops in general, however, Mr. Cook has changed my outlook on this type of business. He may not be the largest shop out their but I think that is actually his strength, as he is able to show that attention to detail that you just do not receive at a large national chain. I highly recommend Glendale Pawn and give it a five star rating!
