Extremely helpful with my custody case and kept me informed during the process. Was able to get custody of my daughter and could not have been more happy.

Transfered a case to Brandon by referral. Paid him $2,500 cash to file a response to Judges request for information. Informed him of time constraints, provided him with all documentation, and notified him of my desire NOT to appeal decision. I had had 2 meetings and 2 phone calls with him totaling less than 2 hrs. RESULT: He no-showed my case in court and it was dismissed. He also failed to file a request for reconsideration, DID file an appeal to the Supreme Court (against my wishes) and had not even filed a Change of Council with the court until AFTER my case had been DISMISSED. After all this, having filed a complaint with the Bar and SIX MONTHS to hear anything from him...he sent me a completely bogus bill of almost 20 HOURS that totaled over $2,500. So, contrary to what he told me in our first meeting, I did not receive any refund on the retainer. He mistakenly included a copy of his personal tax return in my file. WEIRD! I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND Brandon Brooks!
