The man that work in the office is very rude to customer, I have noticed it with not only me but others as well. If I had a choice of water company to use this would not be one of choice. Something must be done about him.

there seem to be some prejudice associated with a arnold line and water.I dont know his name but he has a very bad attitude toward certain customers.he has the kind of attitude that makes me regret moving here. Someone needs to address this person before it goes any further. Iknow he lives across the street from the department. THANK YOU
