We had DuBois build a conservatory for us in the fall of 2003. From the very beginning we had trouble. Panels slid down, mold in the panels, leaking from the roof saddle that was part of the project. We called at least several times a year. For the first several years they came and tried to fix the problems but the fixes were never permanent. At one point the leaking in the spring was so bad we had someone else come and look at it. We then paid someone else to fix that one problem they created - there were still several other problems. The problems have continued every year and DuBois is not responding to our calls any more - after writing an honest review last year they contacted us - only to offer to maybe fix the problem for a large price tag. We counter offered and they have NEVER contacted us again even after calling them many, many times.
