VERY DISPLEASED!!! I submitted a letter to the editor on Wednesday (1/18/06). On Thursday, I made a request to retract the letter to make some changes. I went to J-AD, and picked up the letter. I was assured that I had the original letter, and there was no chance that the letter would be published. I revised the letter, and re-submitted on Monday (1/23/06).I was extremely unsatisfied to see that J-AD had made a copy of the original letter and published in the 1/26/06 edition. How can this happen? I was given the original letter and assured that it was the only copy that J-AD had in possession. Are there not procedures in place??? This shows the lack of professionalism.
