Stephens Consulting Services, P.C. is a civil and environmental engineering, surveying and planning firm founded by Larry D. Stephens, P.E. in 1980. Since that time, the company has carefully grown into a small consulting firm with large capabilities. Using advanced computer aided design and drafting, projects of almost any magnitude can be completed by our engineering and surveying personnel.
