The prices and home town atmosphere at fernando's are surreal. The breakfast menu is very cheap yet delivers top notch quality. My personal favorite is their Friday fish fry special. For six dollars, you choose which type of fish you would like (perch, whitefish and others) and the order is completed with choice of soup/salad and potatoes. Service is pretty good. This is a great place to get a big bang for your buck.
