This is in response to o Conner32. First of all I did not know you before I did work for you I was not your friend. Second we quoted you a price for labor only the price was that plus parts because there was no way of knowing what I would need over the phone. Third I winterized the house in the fall and then you called me back in the spring to turn the water back on and anyone with a summer place knows it takes more than just turning on a valve. Also I have travel time to and from the job. So when you had a job didn't you get payed when you went to work. And forth I am sorry you were out of work but (sorry if this sounds mean) I am in business to make money I don't run a charity. I always try to do a good job and I think my prices are reasonable.

I used Frank a few years ago when we renovated two bathrooms based on the recommendation of the tile contractor. All the work was great and the prices were very fair. Today is a Saturday and last night my heat went out and temperatures are in the low teens. I called Frank and he came over within the a couple of hours. Luckily he had a call a couple of towns over. He came and fixed the problem.iHis charge was reasonable and the work was great!!! You can trust this guy!!!

They're crooks! They were hired to winterize my house last year. They were referred by a "friend". I was told $150.00. Then after the job was complete it was $190.00. He forgot the $20.00 a gallon anti freeze which I find out later is used in an R.V. and mobile homes retails for $7.00 a gallon. Fast forward 4 months. I call and ask if they can turn the water back on. Frank comes over, takes the tool out of the truck to turn it back on at the curb. Less than 5 minutes and he charges me $150.00! I could have gone to Home Depot and spent $20.00 on that tool and turned it on myself! When I called to have it turned on I wasn't told I there was a charge. I mean really, 5 minutes $150.00? This so called "friend" also knew I was not working and not collecting. I was supposed to move to take a job out of state and it tanked at the last minute. Who the hell needs friends like this?
