I had shipped package and it was damaged when I received it. I had insurance on the package, but because they are not owned by UPS (this store is a franchise) I could not be reimbursed directly. I filed a claim with UPS and they reached out to the franchise to please complete the necessary paperwork so that I may receive my insurance payment. It has been over 4 weeks since my initial discussions and I still have not received anything and the franchise has not completed the necessary paperwork. On top of this, every time I call the franchise, they tell me that I need to follow up with UPS.
