After attempting to schedule a tech to service an inoperative heating unit and no one showing up as scheduled, I called Keefe's Slidell location and spoke to a very personable lady. This was shortly after 9:00 a.m. on Tues. Jan 31. She said someone should be available at about 2:00 p.m. and that I would be called about 45 mins. before the svc. tech arrives. Shortly after 3:00, I received a call from Keefe's informing me that the tech was on his way from Slidell. He arrived shortly thereafter, had the failed components identified in less than 15 minutes and had the unit repaired in another 20 minutes. He then answered several questions I had pertaining to my AC compressor and performed some diagnostic procedures on it. I was impressed enough (after dealing with a variety of other AC services on the northshore) that I signed up for the annual maintenance program for both my home AC/heating units.
