We stayed here 2 months, Feb, Mar.,in 2012 and were very happy with the way things were run. Nothing fancy but the owner keeps a tight ship and the grounds were always clean. Any problems or questions were promptly answered. The owner knows his way around N.O. and gave us some great tips. We came back this year, Jan., 2013 because we liked the area. Close to shopping and easy an ride into downtown New Orleans.

I haven't yet moved in but talking to Tiger on the phone I feel this is going to be a great place to stay. Seems like he has it all under control and doesn't put up with any foolishness from rowdey tenants. Looking forward to my time there.

Very personable and dependable landlord. Always takes care of his tenants and keeps the property up very nice. Convenient location to shopping, casino, and other fun activities. Great temporary spots too for oil field workers, etc.
