HARTSVILLE MANOR APARTMENTS DISCRIMINATES AGAIINST DISABLED AND HOMEOWNERS WITH DISABILITY INCOME. I was denied an apartment because of non adequate rental history. However, I am within 3 months of winning my disability. My husband, Daniel Bel took me last Thursday and told them he gets OVER $4000 a month, DB INCOME. WE OWN OUR HOME. The coment was made by 2 parties in two different visits, "I wish I had that kind of income. " I was told not to list the trhee homes we have owned over 20 years, so i listed the one we live in now for the last 8. Never was late or missed a house payment. My husband took the proof of his income down there, and also the proof of my income because of the legal seperation. The gentleman today, an older man hung up on me, as I had never met him, and I tried to explain we were still married and owned three different homes over the years with excellent cfredit. He told me I wasn't allowed to explain, i have inadequate rental history.
