Barbara and her staff are terrific! They always help because I am not only polite, but I understand that I am NOT entitled to special treatment. The building rules are the building rules and ONLY the Coop board can make any exceptions - NOT the managing agent. Those who complain are not only rude but prima donnas who believe they are entitled to special treatment. Thos who abide by live with COOP rules and have sufficient intelligence to properly fill out forms never have issues. If you have a real emergency, Barbara and her staff can be eached 24 hours a day by either calling, visiting the office, or leaving a message with the service.
