OMG...wrecked my hair...I unfortunately made the mistake of coming in here to have a color and cut. They took me right in-should have known better. Seems they specialize in blowouts to rich ladies and that ONLY. Made such a mess with the dye-thank GOD it was dark so they couldn't mess it up too badly. Took 3 hours for hair to be dyed. Wouldn't allow them to cut my hair. Top dollar. They didn't even do dark brown, dyed my hair black...wound my hair into a ponytail and used it to absorb the remaining dye out of the bowl, even tho I specifically said ROOTS ONLY. Missed entire back of my head. What a mess. 120 dollars later I was with a ruined head of hair. They don't speak english here-they can't communicate to the customer. HAIR NIGHTMARE. Were nasty to me and abrupt at the front desk when presenting me exorbitant bill. Facility inappropriate for a salon-not equipped as such-not enough outlets. Stick to nails, you sloppy messes. So disgusted with this place. Not a HAIR SALON.
