The facility was clean and comfortable; however, the doctor recommended a porcelin bridge to replace a metal backed bridge that had been fully functional for 18 years. The porcelin bridge fractured after 5 years and had unknowingly developed an absess under a tooth that was used as a support pontic for the new bridge. Placed a number of calls to the Bark River office to request consideration for warranty but never received a follow up call. I sadly relocated my family to a less convenient and less familiar dental practice due to the unprofessional manner in which this situation was address/acknowledged.
