Terrible phone system. Can't reach live person, voicemail can't be left when prompted. On hold forever.

Came to get my passport done and I was early. I was told to come back between the hours of 10:30-12:45 and 1:45-400 pm. Did as i was asked and returned at 1:46 pm only to be told that the person is doing it is the only one here and she is on a break. Thats not my fault nor problem, I was told a certain time and I followed. Now I am here standing and waiting. Then the post mistress has the nerve to point me to a phone and make a complaint if I am not happy. At least you could be sympathic to me as the customer, however sarcasm was shown. Its sad to say but these issues are constantly shown in and around hartford.
MY WEDDING INVITATIONS WERE DESTROYED! SINCE THEY HAD TO BE specially HANDLED AND FEEDTHROUGH THE MACHINE ONE BY ONE, SOMEONE IN THE POST OFFICE GOT FURIOUS AND DESTROYED EACH AND EVERY ONE AND SENT THEM BACK. WHEN INVESTAGATED EVERYONE REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILTY.
