Had a good relationship with this company a few years ago- they replaced my boiler for the going rate- no complaints-
Since then I have had several big disappointments- i waited a year to be billed for a dishwasher installation- then was presented with a $400 bill- 3 times what it should cost- the owner said his guys were here a long time- yes they accepted an invitation to eat lunch! I didn't know I was paying for that! The bill was adjusted
Then I paid for an outdoor spigot to be replaced in the spring- it now dumps water into my basement when I turn it on- still waiting for service
Most recently I asked for a price to swap out two toilets and received a $2000 estimate!!
(The toilets together only cost $400 or $500)
The owners defense for his pricing was
"Aiello would charge you more!"
