NETPLEX was founded in early January 1995 and is a privately owned company located in Hartford, Conn. Its mission is to provide Internet access for personal, business, educational and community use. NETPLEX provides state-of-the-art Internet connectivity to its customers and relies upon industry standard vendors for technical hardware, including Cisco Systems routers, 3Com, Sun Microsystems and Intel Corporation. NETPLEX s services include dial-up, DSL and cable.
