He's the most professional and polished General Manager we've dealt with. Wanda Miranda is a superb ambassador and sales consultant. Very dedicated and loyal to her customers and always wants to please. Definitely goes out of her way and goes to great lengths for her customers. She's an A+, great ambassador, representative and valuable asset for Liberty Mazda! We are so happy to be Liberty Mazda customers and currently have three Mazda's to show for it.

Great dealership, good customer service, excellent vehicle. My experience with LIberty Mazda from test drive to sale was excellent. The one down-side of the transaction was closing the deal with the finance manager at the end. It took longer than usual to get to him, which was an indication of just how popular this dealership is.

Terrible service department!! If you have anything fixed/repaired or even a simple oil change, be prepared to have to bring your car back or have it towed back due to the lack of competence. I would never recommend this dealership or model maker to anyone due to its unreliability. I have had multiple bad experiences, this review is not based on one bad experience.

We went to Liberty looking for a pre-owned Mazda CX9. The one we were counting on had some problems, and Ken Hicks was extremely helpful in helping to select the perfect vehicle for our family, which turned out to be a new red CX9. He was very patient in the decision-making process and made sure that delivery went smoothly also. I would recommend the dealership and Ken to anyone.

Within a week I found the car I wished to buy. After trying out numerous econ-class cars, I found the Mazda 3 to be my favorite. I visited Liberty Mazda on a very cold day, and unlike most dealerships, a car salesman, Ken Hicks came out to see if he could offer assistance. Ken was very helpful, knowledgeable, and set on helping me find the car that I wanted. He was listened to what I was looking for and respected my own timeline in finding a car. Ken quickly realized I was shopping around and that I did not plan to decide on a car instantly. After several visits I decided to purchase a 2007 Mazda 3, it had everything I was looking for and was even an S Grand Touring. Ken was very through in explaining the history of the car and the services offered. I would highly recommend purchasing through Liberty Mazda, and Ken Hicks.
