Greater Hartford Classical Magnet School is a liberal arts college preparatory school. It serves more than 580 students in grades six through 12. Its facility occupies an area of more than 152,150 square feet that consists of a gymnasium, theater, library, TV studio, fitness room, dance studio and more than 5 computer labs. The school offers curriculum in English, history, Latin, math and science. It also offers elective courses in art, drama, music and athletics. Additionally, the school operates a store that provides head gears, tops, pants, skirts, shorts and footwear. Located in Hartford, Conn., the school s enrichment program includes varsity sports and dramatic productions. It also includes visual art classes that offer instruction in print making, cartooning, illustration, ceramics, painting, digital photography and Web design.
