I would not recommend these to anyone except the cognitively impaired.Run by town housing authority. The laundry is only open from 8-9. The apts for disabled desperately need upgrades in lighting, wiring for comcast services, ( not all apts can get cable or internet) kitchen and bath.The kitchen sink is so tiny that you can't much in it., no dishwasher. Indoor/outdoor carpet only. People will ask for money, rides if you have a car, etc. I once met a hooker in the building. My grandkids are too afraid to stay here for an overnight with me. Grounds poorly maintained. One maint man to fix everything that breaks. Intrusive management memos almost weekly. I got a threatening letter, without any provocation that my car would be towed if I didn't get it inspected on time and I have been driving for over 45 years. I made the worst decision of my life by moving here because, beneficially, the electric was included. Find a better place and pay your own electric
