I have taken 3 cars there multiple times ever since they assumed ownership.I find them consistently friendly and accommodating. Their work is in a visible area and the service man talks to you after working on your vehicle. Sometimes they forget to vacuum, which is a service I appreciate. One time I ask them to glue a small item on my car which literally only took 3 or 4 minutes and they charged 24.00! I felt a little gouged for that, as I thought they were going to do it for free. I continue to take my cars there and my family also takes theirs. They have a nice clean waiting room too.It does not feel intimidating to women to go there as it does to wait at some car repair places.

NOT the place to go in Harrisonburg. Quoted way too highly for my Toyota, over-tightened belts (stripped the screws), made false statements about what was wrong, and seemed completely incompetent. NEVER going back!
