I hired this contractor for a new roof, with a 5-year warranty. 2 years later, shingles started falling off from a steep section of the roof, and rain sipping in. I sent him photos of the defects. He promised to repair, but he never di d. I filed complaints with BBB, and Consumer Protection, but he didn't cooperate. I hired a handyman and a roofer to patch up the roof, and I sent him a bill to pay me back for the cost, but he ignored me. This contractor used the 5-year warranty as a bait; he deceived me and cheated me miserably. He violated his contract carelessly. I warn everyone to watch out about this contractor
