0 stars...Do not shop there and here is my story: Jack's Pets, Harrison ohio My son and I purchased a rabbit from the Jack's Pets in Harrison OH, in January. We were making our weekly visit to the store like we do every weekend, and brought our bunny. A box fell off the top shelf and landed on my bunny. Witnessed by store employees. Now my bunny is dead. I was told by a store associate to take it to the vet. The vet x-rays showed a broken pelvis. Had to put the bunny down. Store and regional managers declining to pay vet bills or even offer a new bunny. Heartless and uncaring. Glad it wasn't my 3yr old that the box fell on! Never will shop there again and spreading the word of their selfishness! Nicole Brown.
