Dr. Ghosh is a strange man. Sometimes he really is pretty good. He really needs better social skills and to not cut people off.I struggle to like his office at all. I like his nurses pretty good. I do not like the fact that the office actually made me take a anal temp for my child and then when he made a mess on their table I had to clean it. They have rules posted all over the office which is also kind of strange. My biggest let down with this office is the doctor and that the office is cold nature and not kid-friendly in my opinion. He just really is intimidating and hard to voice concerns to. I think also that the doctor should not ask parents to come in every single time they have a problem and I do not think that is the law. I get it that he should be paid for his time but surely at very least he could bill for phone consultation but I would think he would care more. It is sad and I don't know if I will stay with this doctor. I am a fair person. I never harshly judge people and I have gave this doctor so many chances and sometimes he is really good and others I really wish I would have switched. Over all, he does seem to do what I have asked even though I do feel like I meet a lot of resistance. I think that a lot of it could be language barriers but I know some of it is also that he doesn't agree with my view and doesn't really want to help me do what I feel is best for my child. As a doctor his goal should be to make parents feel comfortable but I dread being there. 2 times I have went in and one of them I did have an appointment and was made to wait almost if not a full hour total. Worst of all they took me and my son back to the room where there is absolutely nothing for him to do and then left us there for about 30 mins...to a 5 year old that is forever. My child hates this office. Every time we tell him he has a doctors appointment he screams not Dr. Ghosh. I would rate much lower except he has came threw for us at times and his office worked us in.
