They billed my insurance wrong. I got to my 4pm appointment at 3:35 (they close at 5) and also asked if they would resubmit to my insurance, there had been a mistake. The dentists grandson now works the front desk I guess. He and another woman spoke to the dentist and they dropped an exam charge which wasn't what I wanted them to do, I wasn't trying to not pay, they had just made a mistake. I waited and at 4:15 was told by the grandson I no longer had an appointment because I'd made them take too long fixing the billing issue and that I would have to pay what insurance had not covered in full right then or I would not be "allowed" to walk out the door. I was flabbergasted. I was being punished for asking them to fix a mistake. The young woman said no, I could make small payments because I was only now told about the other bill. Grandson said no, I'd have to pay in full or I couldn't leave! I wrote a 50 dollar check and left. Absolutely shameful.

Dr. Bartlett and her staff truly enjoy their jobs. They laugh and put you at ease. My 10 year old no longer dreads going to the dentist. her office is clean and neat and she seems to have the most up-to-date equipment. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Dr Bartlett is such a breath of fresh air! What a nice surprise to actually find a doctor that is charming, trust worthy & passionate about her work. She is a perfectionist in everything she does. You should see her artwork in her office! WOW! Not only is she an incredible Dentist, she is a very talented Artist. Highly recommend Dr Jennifer Hubbard Bartlett to anyone, her staff is a perfect example of teamwork. I had so many questions and everyone knew how to help me get the answers I was looking for. Thank you Bartlett Family Dentistry, I look forward to my 6 month cleaning!

Highly recommend Dr. Bartlett! She is an amazing dentist and person. She really cares about people and it shows when you arrive at her office. I love being in a positive atmosphere and hearing Christian music playing while I am there. The staff is so friendly and their passion for their work is shown. They care!
