Waited 3 weeks for them to fix up a VW Golf that I was going to buy from them as soon as they serviced and inspected it. They called me on a Friday night and told me it was done and gave me a price, I liked the price and told them i absolutely was interested and said id be in to test drive it one more time, went in Monday and they sold it to someone else because I didn't get ahold of them on the weekend.

Wolfe's is the only garage I take my '00 Golf to. They're fair and honest, and always call to explain what they needed to repair and why. They are willing to answer any questions that you have. I definitely recommend them to anyone with a German car!

I've been taking my car back to Wolfe's since I bought it there.... It's fair to say returning to the place you bought the car for service has a nice feel; however, returning approximately 6-10 times a year for 2 years is not. I've had one problem after another with the car I bought, and intern laid out some serious cash for repairs on top of my monthly payments. Once the staff gets to know you as a "problem car customer" their friendliness goes out the window and all customer service skills become non-existent. Bob is a nice enough guy. But I'm incredibly disappointed in the experiences over the period I've owned my car!

I would not take your Audi to this place. Had some timing belt work there to save a few hundred dollars compared to the dealer, now I have all sorts of problems with oil leaks which I never had prior to the work. They seem like nice people but its worth spending the money at the dealership to avoid the problems. The customer service is not good at best so if you need convenience this is not the place for you.

I have been going to Wolfe's since 1990. My entire family goes there as well. Bob has found me wonderful cars to drive and I trust them to keep my cars on the road. I am very happy I found them. VERY reasonable prices and great work. Thanks everyone at Wolfes !

The decision to get rid of Shane was a good one. He never actually fixed my car. I just kept taking it back again and again without resolve. The man in the front is too grouchy and shouldn't be in customer service. They have a good business, but would be better off with more professional mechanics-they are quite vulgar and rude in front of customers and my children. Bob is excellent and the girl in the front is very good at her job.

WOW!!! Excellent service. We are from Maryland and broke down fairly close to Wolfe's. We had our '01 VW Beetle towed in and they got started on it the very next morning. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed within a 24 hour period. Customer service was outstanding and the price to fix it was very low. There were no hidden fees and unecessary repairs. I highly recommend this shop!!!

Bob is a great guy. To honest to be in the used car business. Shane and Ray are his best techs and really know their stuff. No job is to big for those guys.

I have taken my audi to wolfe's for service twice now and would not recommend it. the first time they were asked to patch a hole in my exhuast n wipe the check engine light. Within two weeks the car was just as loud due to schoddy work on the repair and the light remained on. On my second experience i needed an inspection and my abs module replaced. it was to be fixed thursday morning so i dropped it off the night before and even though i called repeatedly to remind them that i needed it done that day, i was informed that they had another job that was more important than mine and they didnt even start on the car and maybe they'd get to it tommorro. i don;t know about neone else but calling off work because they didnt get around to doing my car when they were supposed to is completly unacceptable. They didn't even seem to care. I won't be going back and i wouldn't recommend their services to neone.

I take my jetta to wolfe's regularly. I would recommend wolfe's VW to anyone looking for quality service. Robert Wolfe is fair as far as prices, and everyone is always friendly. The two secretaries who answer the phone, do so very professional, and are always very polite, and state the business they work for when they answer. I also like the fact that you get a good morning or good afternoon when the phone is answered. A thank you, and have a good day, is always nice to hear also. Anyone looking for excellent repair service, I would recommend Wolfe's VW in lower paxton township.
