It provides services to develop training courses and offers technical assistance. PaTTAN provide various resources to build the skills of intermediate unit and school personnel. It offers ongoing training opportunities to students in the form of workshops, guided practice, seminars, statewide conferences, distance learning, video conferences and online courses. Additionally, it publishes various articles on the pattern of education for students with disabilities and other educational topics of interest. It also provides online forms and contact option.
