Their food is very bland, hardly any seasonings at all. You should have to pour a ton of hot sauce on your burrito just to get a little flavor.

The owners are really cool.

I've been eating at Neato Burrito since 1993 and they continue to keep the quality high for a great price.....bonus is that the atmosphere is very uplifting. I consider it a treat to eat at any Neato burrito location

Their burritos are about as good as they get (though I like the atmosphere at the Cumberland location a little more). Definitely recommended!
