Varies widely. That is the problem. You cannot tell who you will get. Had some terrific care, a few genuinely shocking experiences. ' Professionalism ' received one star because the admin must simply refuse to correct those who give the terrific docs a poor name, too. What a shame! We will not return there and will no doubt miss some amazing docs- but cannot go where a patient's concerns mean nothing. I am not saying ' do not go ', just check out your provider first. Like I said, some are extremely good.
Dr. Charis James was my provider at the time while I was in the room this provider was in and out of the check up room where I was and while I was in a gown I could not believe that every time this doctor comes in she never shut the door behind and left the door wide open she did this at least 2 times and for the third time she did the same thing and she instructed me to sit up on the check up bed with the door still wide open with other staff and patient in the hallway I was so embarrassed I felt she was so neglectful of my privacy and I was not satisfied with the kind of service she provided at the time, she was so inconsistent with that she tells me, she did not know where gown was she looked every where in the room and was very unspontaneous. I would NOT RECOMMEND this doctor and this practice located on 121 nyes road suite a in Harrisburg, the staff were rushing in and out of room in the hallway and chaotic set up, the office is under repair or construction with people fixing the ceiling on the hallway and unsafe for patients. The supervisor on site left early to address the issues and lead nurse on duty was not helpful.
